The Pimenta Rosa Restaurant at Vale da Lapa Parque will be Mediterranean based offering an inventive menu for all tastes complimented by professional friendly service that provides a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Housing an extensive wine list, all dishes will be prepared in the state of the art kitchen using the finest and freshest ingredients.
The presentation of each dish will be a feast for the eyes as well as a delight to the palate. The Restaurant will cater breakfast, lunch and dinner where diners can choose to be seated either in the restaurant, courtyard or on the generous terrace with views to the pool and gardens. In addition to the Restaurant, there is a separate bar and pool side service. Upon request Pimenta Rosa can also provide private catering for you and your guests within your own villa.
Nuno Diogo, owner and host, is passionate about fine dining and will be delighted to offer tasting menus with accompanying wines, as well as the à la carte menu and looks forward to hosting an experience not to be missed.

The 14 beaches below are all less than eight kilometres from Vale da Lapa Parque, it is safe to say you will be spoilt for choice! Paraiso – 1.5km – small secluded beach reached by going down 115 steps Carvoeiro beach – 2km – small beach that is easily accessible by wheelchair. Right next to all the shops and restaurants of the town and therefore gets very busy!
Praia da Afurado – 2.5km – no access by road and car park is 1km away. Steep descent to the beach but it is gorgeous and not normally crowded Vale de Covo – 2.5km – right behind the Almansor Hotel.
Small stunning beach with cliffs and cave views reached by a 113 step descent. Caneiros – 3km – Beautiful beach enclosed by cliffs with good parking, great for swimming and a fantastic Restaurant. Not to be missed! Blue Flag rated Ferragudo – 3km – Big beach with great access. One of the safest in the Algarve with a water sports centre for the more adventurous. Pintadinho – 3.5km – Small beach at the mouth of the River Arade with a good beach bar ideal for lunch. Praia do Molho – 3.5km – Small beach with a lovely beach bar restaurant Centeanes Beach – 3.5km – Stunning beach completely surrounded by cliffs – Blue Flag rated Praia da Rocha – 5km – Stunning beautiful and famous beach that measures 2km in length. All that you could possibly want and more! Carvalho Beach – 5.5km – A maze of steps and alleys to get to it, but what a little gem of a beach. Benagil Beach – 6km – Tucked away behind a towering cliff, you will find golden sands for great sunbathing. Or why not take a trip on a local fishing boat to explore the coast and caves? Marinha Beach – 7km – 116 step descent to heaven! A gorgeous secluded beach with cliffs and caves all around. Albandeira Beach – 8km – Excellent swimming beach, small and secluded with a small cafe on top.
